Orange Cat Media Branding

The Project:

The owners of a new media company asked me to create a logo and brand illustrations for their new business, which provides web design, photography, videography and more. The logo is inspired by the owners’ four orange cats. Cats are playful, clever, and swift, so I wanted the logo to feel like a good balance of all of those qualities!

The Process:

I started with a round of sketching and played with a bunch of cat concepts. Eventually we landed on the rounder, softer looking cat, with a modern sans-serif font to provide contrast. I even animated the cat to be used on the client’s website.
